The Adidas Originals EQT Creator Studio

The Adidas Originals EQT Creator Studio opened on Saturday 19th August for a 7 day run in Victoria House Basement.

The pop up store celebrates the ongoing renaissance of their early ‘90s Equipment range, in a physical pop-up studio space in the heart of London.

Its an interactive and immersive extension of the stripped back product range and the EQT Creator Studio reflects the range’s minimal mentality by exploring the essentials of design and creativity across music, art, fashion and footwear with a host of gigs, talks, workshops, and unmissable guest appearances.

Electronic music poster boy Jamie xx kicked off the studio’s seven-day run on Saturday with a special live performance, which was then followed by appearances from Kojey Radical, online music platform GRM Daily featuring artists such as Kojo Funds, Not3s and Lotto Boyz; also legendary Factory Records designer Peter Saville, and photographer Nick Knight throughout the duration.

If I haven’t already sold it to you, then I’m telling you now – head down to the the Adidas Originals EQT Creator Studio as tomorrow (Friday 25th August) is your last chance to experience this amazing pop up store event!

New Feature: Artist Alert!

Hello beautiful people,

I’ve decided to include a feature on the music category of my blog where I write about underrated, underground or emerging artists that everyone should know about.

I want to share with you the hidden treasures of the music scene and help them to broadcast their audience and fanbase.

Although I’m not a marketing and PR guru promising success as a result of my blog post, I feel as though it’s important to remind those who are chasing their dream in music, that there are people out there that appreciate their sound and are supporting their movement. The music industry can be tough and feel lonely and times, those who continue to do what they love despite it being a difficult a road, deserve all the love they can get.

If you’re an emerging artist who would like to be featured in this segment*, feel free to email me on contact@savannahjodie.com.

*Please note, this is only a weekly feature and I am able to review music of emerging artists upon request.

Guess who’s back, back again!

(Was I ever really around in the first place?)

Anyone who knows me well will know how much I’ve pussy-footed around really getting serious about this blog. Even my social media followers may have noticed my half hearted attempts at pushing out a few posts a while back.

The truth is, I’ve been incredibly scared to start this. Its been something I’ve been wanting to do for years but lacked the confidence to really stick at it.

Well everyone, I can officially say…

I’m back!

And hopefully here to stay.
I’ve accumulated so many ideas of the years of what I’d like in this blog. It was originally only meant to be a music blog but my mind ran wild and now, I literally want to write about everything. To be honest, I haven’t really scheduled in any specific time into my day for writing but I hope to post more often.

I have a lot of exciting segments planned for my blog and a big announcememt in a few months so keep an eye out for that.
